Positive: We had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent – a very safe environment, close to shops and the railway station, and only 15–20 minutes by direct train to Paris. It was a perfect base for our daily trips to Paris and Disneyland. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast in the garden seating area in front of the cottage, which made for such a relaxing start to the day. The host was extremely friendly and helpful – he even picked us up after the late-night show in Disneyland, which was such a relief after a long day in the park. Another highlight was his lovely dog, who is very friendly and quickly became a favorite of our kids.

Negative: The only small downside was that on Friday night it was a bit noisy with people and cars coming back from a night out.

Positive: The host was very nice and helpful. We were able to leave the car after a check out. We had almost everything necessary in the cottage. Supermarkets and bakeries are nearby. Metro is also very close. There was no air co but the ventilator worked fine for us.

Negative: We checked in and it was very dusty. After a check out we had to clean after ourselves…which I found strange but didn’t make a scene (otherwise he’d charge us extra €30). Eventually, we left it cleaner than it was in the beginning. Sofa/bed was very bad…I had back pain after sleeping there. We removed pillow cases and saw the pillows have never been washed…there were many stains. There was a coffee machine but only 2 filters for it. Only 1 toilet roll.

Summary: It’s okay but the cottage needs improvement

Positive: The location was good. It takes 7 min by foot to get train station and within 30-35 minutes you are in the center of Paris. The host allowed to park the car and to leave the luggage before check in time and was very responsive and helpful.

Negative: Vey noisy as close to the road and the walls don’t give enough sound proof. Sofa was quite old with the deep in the middle of the mattress that makes your back suffer. Upper beds are only for children as the attic is quite low.

Summary: Value for money but don’t have high comfort expectations.

Positive: Spacious cottage in the garden. Near a train station. It's fully equipped. You can sit outside. We had everything we needed. The surroundings seems safe.

Negative: The couch could be more comfortable to sleep on. The sleeping upper floor has low ceiling.

Positive: Extremely nice host, Norbert is a real gentleman. House is well maintained, warm, cosy, you can find everything you need. Surroundings are quite and peaceful, but with few steps you can have everything you want.
